Ballet is the foundation of all other dance styles.
Rotation of hips, straightened knees, pointed feet, good posture and other basic elements are all built in ballet class. Classes focus on building technique, strength, flexibility, balance, musicality, control and theatricality.
Our classes incorporate barre and center work, as well as exercises across the floor. Ballet is very technical and structured, which makes it a great challenge to take on.
Weekly Ballet Classes Offered:
6:15 - 7:00 pm
Beginner Ballet (Ages 12 and up) $15 per person
10:00 - 11:30 am
Intermediate Ballet (Ages 16 and up) $20 per person
